This challenging hiking route takes you through the stunning alpine landscape of the nuova variante della mulattiera di Sadole. With a total distance of 9.233 kilometers and an elevation gain of 681 meters, this hike is perfect for experienced hikers looking for a thrilling adventure.

Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Baita dell'Alpino at 1.04 kilometers from the start, where you can take a short break and enjoy the alpine atmosphere. As you continue on, you will reach the Agritur Malga Sadole at 1.1 kilometers, a rustic restaurant offering delicious sustenance for hikers.

Further along the trail at 1.04 kilometers, you will find the Rifugio Baita Monte Cauriol, an alpine hut open from June to September, providing a cozy resting spot with stunning views. Around 2.74 kilometers into the hike, you'll come across the Baito dei Slavasi, a wilderness hut offering shelter for weary hikers.

For a refreshing stop, there is a drinking water point at 1.18 kilometers and a fountain at 2.74 kilometers. Make sure to stay hydrated throughout the hike, as the terrain can be demanding.
