This challenging hiking route will take you to the stunning area of Las Blancas. The trail extends for approximately 9.8 kilometers with an elevation gain of 724 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek. It is recommended to allocate around 4 hours for the complete hike.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Cabana del Puerto wilderness hut, nestled just 0.35 kilometers from the trail. This is a perfect spot to rest and take in the surrounding wilderness. Continuing on, you will encounter the Collado de Sahún saddle at 0.2 kilometers from the start, offering picturesque views along the way.
Midway through the hike, at 4.68 kilometers, you will reach the peak with an elevation of Mollón Cuadrado del Yerri. This vantage point provides a breathtaking panorama of the natural landscape. Further along the trail, at 3.29 kilometers, you will find another peak, Tusal de la Mina, standing tall at 2.59 kilometers from the start.
