This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural scenery. The trail is extremely difficult, covering a distance of 12.759 kilometers and an elevation gain of 685 meters. It is estimated to take around 4 hours and 40 minutes to complete.
As you embark on this challenging journey, you will come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you make your way further along, you will encounter the Cabana del Puerto wilderness hut, nestled in the wilderness.
Midway through the hike, you will reach the Tusal de las Lleras de Cecilia peak, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Continuing on, you will pass by Collado de la Montañeta o del Cabo la Ball saddle, followed by several other peaks and saddles.
Before starting the hike, make sure to bring an ample water supply and check the weather forecast. It is also recommended to wear sturdy hiking shoes and pack some snacks for energy. With proper preparation, you can fully enjoy the challenge and beauty of this hiking experience.
