This hiking route takes you to the stunning area of Ibons de Pico Royo, known for its breathtaking natural beauty. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 14.683 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1088 meters, making it extremely difficult in terms of difficulty.
As you start your journey, you will pass by several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for your convenience. As you continue, you will come across the picturesque Fuente Rafel spring, a perfect spot to rest and refill your water bottles.
Further along the trail, you will reach the Refugio de Viadós alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy the stunning mountain views. The trail also passes by Cabaña de Añes Cruces, a wilderness hut where you can spend the night if you wish to extend your hike.
