This hiking route at Cucuruzuelo is an extremely difficult 13.954-kilometer out-and-back trail with an elevation gain of 901 meters, taking approximately 5 hours and 28 minutes to complete. The trail starts at a parking area and passes by several points of interest along the way.
At the beginning of the hike, you will find parking facilities available for hikers. As you continue on the trail, you will reach the peak known as Cucuruzuelo, which is located approximately 6.98 kilometers from the start. This peak offers stunning views and is a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, you will come across a saddle, providing a picturesque spot to admire the landscape. Nearby, there is also a shelter named Collado de la Loma de Aisa where you can rest and refuel before continuing on your journey.
Towards the end of the trail, you will pass by a picnic site called Molino de Aisa, located approximately 0.79 kilometers from the start. This is a great place to relax and have a snack before heading back.
