This hiking trail is located in a picturesque area with stunning views of the Dolomites. The trail is an out-and-back route that spans approximately 0.705 kilometers with an elevation gain of 33 meters, making it a super easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across the Dürrensteinhütte - Rifugio di Vallandro, an alpine hut situated just 15.8 meters from the trail. This cozy accommodation is a perfect place to rest and enjoy some local cuisine.
Further along the trail, about 0.35 kilometers from the start, you will reach a viewpoint offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a great spot to take in the beauty of the Dolomites and capture some memorable photos.
About midway through the hike, you will encounter an information point with interesting facts about the area. Take a moment to learn more about the history and geology of the Dolomites.
If you need to take a break, there are benches conveniently located 73.5 meters from the trail where you can relax and soak in the peaceful atmosphere.
Before starting the hike, make sure to park your vehicle at the designated parking area located just 3.5 meters from the trailhead.
