This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning area of Le Mandriole. The trail spans a distance of 14.306 kilometers with an elevation gain of 809 meters, so be prepared for a challenging adventure that will last approximately 5 hours and 20 minutes.

As you start your hike, you will come across the "Fonte" spring located 3.33 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This will be a great spot to refill your water bottle and take a short break. Further along, at 3.84 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the historic "City Walls" of the area, which are spread out along the trail offering a glimpse into the past.

Additionally, make sure to check out the "Rocca Capo del Colle" castle at 3.84 kilometers into the hike, adding a touch of history to your outdoor experience. To fuel up and catch your breath, the "Fonte d'Ancarano" spring located 0.05 kilometers off the trail will provide a refreshing stop midway through your journey.

For nature enthusiasts, the "Forca di Ancarano" saddle at 0.03 kilometers from the start and the peak of "Le Mandriole" at 7.15 kilometers into the hike will offer breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
