This extremely difficult 15.644-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through a challenging and scenic area. The trail starts at D 14 - D 14 and offers a total elevation gain of 470 meters.

As you begin your hike, you'll come across the historic Wayside Cross at Croix-des-Fangasse, located right at the start of the trail. This beautiful cross marks the beginning of your adventure.

As you continue along the path, you'll pass by Fontaine du Rieu Grand, a natural spring located 4.82 kilometers from the start. This is a great spot to refill your water bottles and take a short break.

Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter several water sources, including one at 7.19 kilometers, another at 7.23 kilometers, one at 6.09 kilometers, and the last one at 6.23 kilometers from the start. These water points are essential for staying hydrated during your challenging trek.

Further along the trail, at 3.7 kilometers from the start, you'll find a shelter known as Croix-des-Fangasse. This can serve as a resting spot or a place to seek refuge if needed.

As you approach the end of the hike, you'll pass by another historic Wayside Cross at Croix des Fangasses, located 3.71 kilometers from the start. This marks a significant point on the trail as you head back towards the starting point.

Given the length and elevation gain of this route, it is crucial to be well-prepared. Make sure to bring plenty of water, snacks, and proper hiking gear. Additionally, check the weather forecast before setting out to ensure a safe and enjoyable trek.
