Welcome to the Prügelweg hiking route! This moderate 3.878-kilometer out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a variety of points of interest along the way.
Starting at the trailhead, you'll find a convenient parking area just 3.998 meters away. As you begin your hike, 0.05 kilometers in, you'll come across a refreshing water source, perfect for refilling your water bottle.
About halfway into your hike (1.35 kilometers), you'll reach the Kleiner Hochlantsch rock formation, providing a great spot to take in the natural beauty of the area. Nearby, you'll also find a wayside shrine and several benches where you can take a break and enjoy the surroundings.
At 1.94 kilometers, you'll reach the Steirischer Jokl, a restaurant and alpine hut where you can grab a bite to eat and relax before heading back. Just a bit further along the trail, at 1.85 kilometers, you'll find more benches and an information center at the Almenland Kletterzentrum.
Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter various information points, viewpoints, and historic landmarks, adding depth to your outdoor experience.
