Welcome to the hiking route to Heuberg!

The trail is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural surroundings. The route is 4.4 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 109 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. The estimated duration for the hike is approximately 1 hour and 17 minutes.

As you start your hike, you will come across the "Rote Wand" parking area, located right at the beginning of the trail. This area is a perfect spot to park your car before embarking on the hike. Moving along the trail, about 2.2 kilometers away, you will reach the peak of Heuberg, offering breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Along the way, you will also encounter a historic wayside cross named "Kreuz" approximately 1.23 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further up, at 1.53 kilometers, you will find a historic wayside shrine that adds a cultural touch to your hiking experience.

It is advisable to bring an ample water supply and some snacks for the hike. Additionally, be sure to check the weather forecast before heading out to ensure you are prepared for the conditions.
