This hiking route takes you to the stunning Schwarzkogel peak in the picturesque area. The trail is 7.247 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 397 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike. It is estimated to take about 2 hours and 40 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across the Brandnerkogel peak about 1.52 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. Further along, at 3.62 kilometers in, you will reach the Schwarzkogel peak, the main highlight of the hike. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

Along the way, there are several points of interest such as the Eibeggsattel saddle, a spring at 0.64 kilometers in, and various information points and benches for hikers to rest and take in the scenery.

Remember to bring plenty of water, as the trail can be challenging, especially with a considerable elevation gain. It is also recommended to check the weather forecast before embarking on this hike.
