This challenging hiking route will take you to the stunning Punta l'Escalar in the beautiful natural surroundings of the area. The trail spans a distance of 7.274 kilometers with an elevation gain of 663 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
Starting at the Estación de Esquí Astún, you will follow the trail towards Ibón de Escalar, a picturesque waterbody located 2.31 kilometers from the start. Along the way, you will pass by the Col d'Audas saddle at 2.88 kilometers and the spring at 2.28 kilometers.
As you continue on, you will reach the peaks of Punta l'Escalar and Nayeta at 3.64 kilometers and 3.06 kilometers respectively. The Collado de Naiso saddle and Naiso peak are also located along the trail at 3.38 kilometers and 3.25 kilometers respectively.
For a quick break, there is a cafe located at 0.53 kilometers from the start where you can refuel before heading back. The trail offers breathtaking views and a challenging terrain that will test your hiking skills.
