As you start your journey, you will come across the DENR Registration point just 0.02 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. It's essential to check-in here before you proceed further. Along the way, at 2.76 kilometers into the hike, you will find the Pico De Loro Campsite, offering a peaceful spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings.
The highlight of the hike is reaching the summit of Mt. Pico de Loro, located 3.01 kilometers from the start of the trail. From the Pico De Loro Summit, you will be rewarded with breathtaking views of the area. Nearby, at the same distance, you can visit Parrot's Beak, another stunning viewpoint that shouldn't be missed.
For those who seek a break, there are picnic sites and clearings at various points along the trail, such as the Clearing at 2.36 kilometers and another Clearing at 2.11 kilometers (slightly off the trail). Additionally, at 2.36 kilometers, the Ligaw Node provides valuable information for hikers.
