This extremely difficult 22.202-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning area of Monte Confinale. The trail offers an elevation gain of 1585 meters and is estimated to take around 9 hours to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. A parking area is located just 0.49 kilometers from the trailhead, followed by another parking spot 0.19 kilometers ahead. About 7.28 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the picturesque Lago della Manzina, a serene water body that provides a perfect spot to rest and enjoy the surroundings.

Further along the trail, at 9.49 kilometers, you will encounter the Bivacco Del Piero Giampaolo shelter, offering a place to take a break and refuel before continuing your trek. As you continue, you will pass by more water sources and peaks, including Monte Confinale at the 10.13-kilometer mark.

Along the way, you will find various amenities such as restaurants, bars, and information centers to cater to your needs. It is recommended to carry an ample water supply, as well as snacks, and to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike.
