Welcome to the hiking route on Chemin Communal de Grand Sable in the breathtaking area of Trou Blanc. This easy out-and-back trail offers a 2.897 km journey with an elevation gain of 176.0 meters, making it perfect for hikers of all skill levels.

As you start your adventure, you'll come across several points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find a parking area for your convenience. Further along, you'll encounter informative sites such as Canyon Trou Blanc, Ilet à Vidot, and Sentier Piton d'Anchain.

As you continue your hike, be sure to stop by Rivière du Mât, a beautiful spot just 0.06 km from the start of the trail. For history buffs, there's a wayside shrine just 0.3 km into the hike. And if you need a break, a cafe awaits you midway through the journey, 1.45 km from the start.

One of the highlights of the hike is the picturesque La passerelle (the footbridge) which is located 0.4 km from the start. And if you're feeling adventurous, Mare d'Affouches is a bit off the trail, 1.44 km in, offering a unique experience.
