This hiking route is located in a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. The route is a circular trail with a total distance of 11.035 kilometers and an elevation gain of 873 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 4 hours and 44 minutes to complete.
As you start your hike, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a waterfall called Riffelbach, located just 0.13 kilometers from the starting point. Midway through the hike, at approximately 5.05 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the Rauhekopfhütte alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy some refreshments. Nearby, at 5.24 kilometers, you will find the Kleiner Rauher Kopf peak and another water point.
Towards the end of the trail, there are multiple via ferrata routes available for more adventurous hikers. These routes include the Holderli-Seppl-Klettersteig, with various entry points located at 0.13 kilometers from the start.
