This extremely difficult 11.9 km out-and-back hiking route in the Prealpes de Haute-Provence region offers a challenging and rewarding experience for seasoned hikers. The trail starts at the parking area, conveniently located at the trailhead. As you begin your journey, you will pass by Cabane des Mulets, a shelter located 1.26 km from the start, offering a possible resting spot along the way.

As you continue on the trail, you will encounter Roche Close, a peak situated 5.96 km from the start, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Further along the route, at 5.43 km from the start, you will reach La Mournière, another peak where you can take in breathtaking views. Col La Pierre, a saddle located 4.44 km from the start, provides a unique geological feature along the trail.
