Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Mainzer See at around the 5-kilometer mark, a beautiful lake perfect for a quick rest stop. Continuing on, the Mittelberglessee is located at approximately 3.5 kilometers into the hike, offering another scenic spot to take in the surroundings.

As you make your way towards the Parstleswand Westgipfel, you will encounter the Steinbockjoch saddle around the 5.9-kilometer mark, providing a fantastic viewpoint of the surrounding peaks.
