This hiking route, known as Sentier des Sauts, is located in a beautiful area with stunning views and natural landmarks. The trail is approximately 4.045 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 358 meters, making it of moderate difficulty.

As you start your journey, you will come across Pré Vernet parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. From there, you will follow the trail as it leads you through the peaceful surroundings. Along the way, you will encounter several viewpoints, including Mont Veyrier, Belvédère du Col du Pré Vernet, and Rocher des Aires, each offering unique perspectives of the landscape.

At around 0.53 kilometers into the hike, you will find a bench where you can take a break and enjoy the scenery. Further ahead, at approximately 1.09 kilometers, another bench provides a perfect spot to rest and soak in the natural beauty around you.

As you continue on the trail, informational points such as Mont Veyrier, Col du Pré Vernet, and Col des Sauts will enrich your experience by providing insights into the history and nature of the area. The viewpoint at Col des Sauts (Panorama) offers a breathtaking sight that is not to be missed, located at 1.08 kilometers from the start.

Mont Veyrier, a peak along the route at 2.02 kilometers from the beginning, presents an excellent opportunity to admire the surrounding landscape. With various viewpoints and benches scattered throughout the trail, hikers can take breaks, relax, and appreciate the serenity of the environment.
