This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural landscapes. The trail is 7.783 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 177 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge both your endurance and strength. It is estimated to take about 2 hours and 14 minutes to complete.
As you start the hike, you will come across the "Entre Cerros y Ríos" fast food spot just 0.05 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. It's a good place to grab a quick snack before you begin your journey.
About 0.2 kilometers from the start, you will find "Piedra Verde," an information point where you can learn more about the area and its history.
As you make your way along the trail, at around 0.87 kilometers from the start, you will reach the "Mirador Quebrada El Sauce" viewpoint. Take a moment to rest and enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.
Further along the trail, at approximately 1.99 kilometers from the start, you will come across a beautiful waterfall known as "Doble Cascada." It's a perfect spot to take in the natural beauty of the area and maybe even cool off with a refreshing mist from the water.
Continuing on, at around 2.48 kilometers from the start, you will reach the "Salto del Puma," another water feature worth exploring.
After trekking 3.89 kilometers from the start, you will encounter the "Doble Cascada" waterfall once again, offering a different perspective from your earlier vantage point.
