This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Sentierio Vallecupola and Rocca Vittiana. The trail is a circular route with a total distance of 10.96 kilometers and an elevation gain of 443 meters, making it a difficult hike that will reward you with stunning views and natural wonders.
As you start your journey, you will come across a parking area at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle securely before beginning your hike. Approximately 2.35 kilometers into the hike, you will find a drinking water station where you can refill your water bottles and stay hydrated.
About halfway through the hike, at 5.45 kilometers from the start, you will reach Colle Macchia, a peak with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Take a moment to rest and enjoy the scenery before continuing on your adventure. Nearby, at the same distance, there is a beautiful waterfall, perfect for a refreshing break.
On your way back, you will pass by Falesia di Pié La Vena, a climbing spot located near the trail. If you are an experienced climber, you may want to explore this area and challenge yourself with some climbing.
