This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of iraty-Pottok. The route is an out-and-back trail with a total distance of 3.522 kilometers and an elevation gain of 104 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.

As you start your journey, you will come across the parking area, located right at the beginning of the trail. Make sure to park your vehicle here before you begin the hike. Along the way, you will pass by the Pic des escaliers, an information point that offers insights into the area's history and landscape.

Midway through the hike, you will reach Col Heguichouria, a saddle point with stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty. Further along the trail, you will encounter Col Mehatze, Aïtxegarateko Lephua, and Zarzagoïti, all saddle points showcasing the diverse landscapes of the area.

At the end of the trail, you will reach the iraty-Pottok viewpoint, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.
