This hiking route takes you through the stunning landscape of Im Hinteren Eis - Punta della Vedretta. With a total distance of approximately 12.7 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1192 meters, this trail is classified as extremely difficult, so make sure you are well-prepared before embarking on this adventure.
Starting at the parking area, you will first pass by the beautiful Schöne Aussicht Hütte - Rifugio Bella Vista alpine hut, located around 4.25 kilometers from the trailhead. This is a great spot to rest and take in the breathtaking views.
As you continue your journey, you will come across a stele providing information about the area at approximately 1.83 kilometers from the start. Around the midway point, at 5 kilometers from the trailhead, you will find the Jochköfel peak, offering panoramic views of the surroundings.
Further along the trail, at 6.12 kilometers from the start, you will reach the highlight of the hike, Im Hinteren Eis - Punta della Vedretta peak. Take your time to enjoy the magnificent vistas before heading back.
