This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning views and challenging terrain. The total distance of the hike is 9.459 kilometers with an elevation gain of 627 meters, making it a difficult trek that will take approximately 3 hours and 45 minutes to complete.

Starting at the parking area, you will follow the trail and pass by Evi's Hittl cafe where you can stop for a break and enjoy some refreshments just 0.03 kilometers from the start. As you continue on, you will reach a bench at 2.72 kilometers where you can rest and take in the surroundings.

Further along the trail at 2.73 kilometers, you will come across an information point to learn more about the area. As you make your way towards the Weißkugelhütte - Rifugio Pio XI alla Palla Bianca, you will pass by a wayside cross at 0.96 kilometers and another at 2.72 kilometers, adding a touch of historic charm to your journey.

At the halfway point, 4.43 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source to refill your bottles and take a breather. Just a short distance away at 4.47 kilometers, there is a bench where you can relax and soak in the surroundings.

Finally, at 4.73 kilometers, you will reach the Weißkugelhütte - Rifugio Pio XI alla Palla Bianca, an alpine hut where you can rest and recharge before heading back the way you came.
