This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Sentiero Ventricini, offering stunning views and a challenging trek. The trail is an out-and-back type, totaling 4.218 kilometers in distance with an elevation gain of 523 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take approximately 2 hours and 17 minutes to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find "Piazza C. Amorocchi" for parking, "Ente Parco Nazionale Del Gran Sasso E Monti Della Laga" for information, "Bar Prati di Tivo" for a quick refreshment, and the "Corpo Nazionale Soccorso Alpino e Speleologico stazione operativa Prati di Tivo Rifugio" for accommodation.

As you continue on, midway through the trail, you can take a break at "Bar della Madonnina" and "La Madonnina" memorial site. "Lo Chalet" restaurant is also a great spot for a meal or snack. Make sure to stay hydrated at "Fonte Cristiana" spring and refill your water bottle at the "drinking water" point along the way.

Towards the end of the trail, you will reach "La bottega del parco" for any last-minute needs and "Gran Sasso 3" restaurant for a final stop before heading back.
