This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning natural scenery. The trail is 10.963 kilometers long and has an elevation gain of 716 meters, making it a difficult hike that will challenge even experienced hikers.
As you start your journey, you will come across a convenient parking area where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. About 0.11 kilometers into the trail, you will find the Refugio de Lizara, an alpine hut and shelter where you can rest and take in the surroundings.
Midway through the hike, at around 4.5 kilometers from the start, you will reach Punta de Napazal, a peak that offers panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. As you continue on, you will also encounter Petrito, another peak located approximately 5.48 kilometers from the start, and Punta del Cuello Bozo, situated around 3.91 kilometers from the beginning of the trail.
