Starting at Chalet l'Avalanche, the trail leads you through breathtaking scenery towards your first point of interest, Estive des Crabioules, located at 0.29 kilometers from the start. Along the way, you'll encounter various water sources like Lac d'Enfer at 7.39 kilometers and other natural features such as Cascade de Calahoure at 2.48 kilometers.

For those in need of a rest, Refuge du Maupas and Refuge du Maupas LHM offer accommodation options at 7.28 kilometers. Additionally, Cabane de La Houradade provides a shelter at 2.87 kilometers for a quick break.
