This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area around Cascade du Cœur. The trail is 1.882 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 138 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. It should take about 46 minutes to complete the round trip.

As you start your journey, you will come across Chalet l'Avalanche, a cozy cafe just 0.08 kilometers from the trailhead. It's a great spot to grab a quick snack before you begin your adventure.

As you make your way back, be sure to stop by Ô Berges du Lys, a charming cafe just 0.1 kilometers from the start where you can relax and refuel before finishing the hike.

Throughout the trail, you will also find several points of interest such as Vallée du Lis, a picturesque picnic site, and a scenic viewpoint at 0.94 kilometers from the start.
