Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by Chalet l'Avalanche, a cozy cafe perfect for grabbing a quick snack before starting your hike. As you continue on, you'll come across parking areas at the beginning of the trail, making it convenient for hikers to start their journey.

Further along the route, you'll encounter Estive des Crabioules, an information point providing insights into the surrounding area. Make sure to stop by Vallée du Lis, another information point, to learn more about the history and geography of the region.

Midway through the hike, you'll reach Cascade du Cœur, a breathtaking waterfall where you can take a break and soak in the natural beauty. Nearby, Ô Berges du Lys cafe offers a perfect spot to rest and enjoy a freshly brewed cup of coffee.

Before heading back, make sure to visit the viewpoint at the trail, offering panoramic views of the surroundings. As you make your way back to the starting point, take a moment to relax on one of the benches along the trail.
