This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Estós, offering stunning views and unique natural landmarks along the way. The total distance of the hike is 10.06 kilometers with an elevation gain of 560 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek.
Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across the Aparcamiento de Estós parking area, just 0.01 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. As you continue, you will pass by the Embalses de Estós water reservoir at 0.47 kilometers into the hike, providing a picturesque spot for a break.
Midway through the hike, at 5.03 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Ibonet de Batisielles, a stunning mountain lake that is a perfect place to rest and soak in the beauty of the surroundings. Nearby, you will also find the Cabaña de Santa Ana wilderness hut at 1.94 kilometers from the trailhead, offering a place to relax and refuel.
Towards the end of the hike, at 5.0 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Cabaña de Batisielles shelter, providing a nice spot to take a breather before heading back. Along the way, you will also encounter the Fuente de Coronas spring at 2.73 kilometers from the trailhead, offering fresh water to refill your bottles.
Throughout the hike, you will find informative signposts and benches, such as the ones at the Macizo de Perdiguero at 2.14 kilometers and the bench at 1.3 kilometers, providing a comfortable place to rest and learn more about the area.
