This challenging hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Tortin. The trail is 8.792 kilometers long and has an elevation gain of 855 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding hike.

As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the trail. About 4.4 kilometers from the start, you will find a water source, perfect for refilling your bottles. Further along, at 0.09 kilometers from the start, you will reach La Chaux, where you can find information about the area.

As you continue hiking, you will pass by Fontaine des Ecuries and a picnic site before reaching Cabane du Mont-Fort at 1.52 kilometers into the hike. This alpine hut is a great place to take a break and enjoy the stunning views.

At 3.16 kilometers from the start, you will reach Col du Mont Gelé, a saddle with breathtaking panoramic views. This is a perfect spot to take in the surroundings and rest before heading back.
