As you begin your hike, you'll come across a picnic site at 3.24 kilometers from the start, where you can take a break and enjoy a meal surrounded by nature. Further along the trail, at 5.64 kilometers, you'll find a scenic viewpoint that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape.

Around the midway point of the hike, at 5.64 kilometers, there is another viewpoint where you can pause and admire the beauty of the area. Additionally, there is a water source located off the trail at the same point, providing a refreshing opportunity to refill your water supply.

One of the highlights of the route is the peak of Monte Pelato, located 1.73 kilometers from the start, although you'll need to venture off the trail to reach it. The summit offers a panoramic view of the entire area and is worth the extra distance.

Throughout the hike, you'll also encounter several fountains, including Fontana di Monte Pelato and M. Pelato, which provide a convenient way to stay hydrated. As you make your way back towards the parking area, you'll pass by another drinking water source at Fontana Impieso, ensuring you have enough water for the remainder of the journey.

With an elevation gain of 433 meters, this hike is considered difficult and is best suited for experienced hikers. It's important to bring an ample water supply, wear appropriate hiking gear, and check the weather forecast before setting out on the Sentiero dei Briganti.
