This extremely difficult 14.273-kilometer out-and-back hiking route leads to the Rifugio Caserma in a beautiful mountainous area. The trail has an elevation gain of 713 meters and is estimated to take around 5 hours and 5 minutes to complete.

As you begin your hike, you will come across a parking area conveniently located at the start of the trail. Approximately 7.14 kilometers into the hike, you will reach the Rifugio Caserma, an alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy some rest.

Along the way, at around 4.83 kilometers from the start, you will find the Tre Confini viewpoint, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.
