This hiking route will take you through the beautiful area surrounding Pizzo Martino. The trail is 3.887 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 399 meters, making it a moderate difficulty hike. It is an out-and-back route, so you will retrace your steps on the way back.
As you start your hike, you will come across a parking area where you can leave your vehicle. Not far from the beginning, at a distance of 0.03 kilometers, you will see the ruins of the former home of Carluccio, providing a glimpse into the area's history.
As you continue along the trail, you will encounter the entrance to the Grotta di San Michele, a cave located 1.12 kilometers away from the start. Further along, at 1.7 kilometers into the hike, you will reach a peak named Pizzo Martino, offering stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
