This hiking route will take you to the beautiful area of Monte Castel Santa Maria. The trail is 9.489 kilometers long with an elevation gain of 785 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek. It is an out-and-back route, meaning you will retrace your steps on the way back.

Starting off, you will find a parking area conveniently located at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along the path, about 4.28 kilometers from the start, you will come across the entrance to Grotta La Croce, a cave worth exploring. Continuing on, at 4.74 kilometers from the start, you will reach the impressive peak of Monte Castel Santa Maria, offering stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

At the same location as the peak, there is also a viewpoint where you can take in the breathtaking scenery before heading back the way you came.
