This hiking route takes you to the stunning area surrounding Zufallhütte - Rifugio Nino Corsi. The trail is an out-and-back type, with a total distance of 2.684 kilometers and an elevation gain of 189 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels.
As you start your journey, you will come across various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you will find a parking area for the residents of Zufallhütte - Rifugio Nino Corsi. Further along, about 0.03 kilometers from the start, you will see Rudi's Würstelbude - Chiosco Würstel Rudi, a fast food spot where you can grab a quick bite to eat.
As you continue on, make sure to visit the Nationalpark Stilfser Joch - Parco Nazionale dello Stelvio information center, located 0.03 kilometers from the trail. This is a great place to learn more about the area and its history. Additionally, you will also find the Gletscherlehrpfad - Sentiero glaciologico information point along the way, providing insights into the glaciers of the region.
Midway through the hike, at a distance of 1.34 kilometers from the start, you will reach Zufallhütte - Rifugio Nino Corsi. This alpine hut offers a place to rest and enjoy a meal while taking in the breathtaking mountain views.
Towards the end of the trail, at 1.1 kilometers from the start, you will encounter a via ferrata, offering a more adventurous option for those looking to challenge themselves.
