Welcome to the hiking route in Martell, Italy. This picturesque area offers stunning views and a relatively easy hike for all levels of hikers.
Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the Hausgäste Zufallhütte parking area at the beginning of the trail. This is a fee-based parking lot for visitors. As you continue on, you will come across Rudi's Würstelbude, a fast food kiosk situated just 0.03 kilometers from the start. Feel free to grab a quick snack or refreshment before continuing on your journey.
Further along the trail, at 1.43 kilometers into the hike, you will find an information point for the Nationalpark Stilfser Joch. This is a great spot to learn more about the area and its wildlife. Just a bit down the trail at 1.55 kilometers is another information point with valuable details about the surroundings.
As you hike, you will also encounter various viewpoints such as the Aussichtskanzel and Kelle in der Klamm. These viewpoints offer breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding landscapes, perfect for photo opportunities.
The total distance of the route is 3.552 kilometers with an elevation gain of 143 meters, making it an easy hike suitable for all skill levels. It takes approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes to complete this out-and-back trail.
