This hiking route takes you through the beautiful area of Φαράγγι Ελυγιάς, offering a challenging yet rewarding experience. With a total distance of 8.166 kilometers and an elevation gain of 519 meters, the trail is rated as difficult and is estimated to take around 3 hours and 11 minutes to complete.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first come across a convenient parking area right at the beginning of the route. As you continue along the trail, approximately 3.33 kilometers from the start, you'll find the entrance to Σπήλαιο Κορμοκόπου, a cave with a drinking water source nearby for a refreshing break.

At around 4.08 kilometers into the hike, there is a picturesque viewpoint perfect for taking in the surrounding scenery. Further along the trail, at about 0.16 kilometers before reaching the end, you will find Alonia, a cafe where you can relax and refuel after your trek.

It is recommended to bring an ample water supply and to check the weather forecast before embarking on this challenging hike.
