This extremely difficult 15.83-kilometer circular hiking route in the Fiers Loups area offers a challenging yet rewarding experience for avid hikers. The trail starts at the parking area near Église Saint-Laurent and Porte Neuve, where you can park your vehicle before embarking on your adventure.

As you begin your journey, you will pass by the Col de la Bacoulette, a natural saddle located approximately 4.58 kilometers from the start. This scenic spot provides a great opportunity to take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Along the way, you will also encounter various points of interest such as La Lampisterie restaurant, where you can stop for a delicious meal, and drinking water stations to keep you hydrated.

Continuing on the trail, you will come across peaks like Farrials and Puech Calvel, each offering unique vantage points of the area. Make sure to take a break at the Col du Lauzet saddle around the 4.13-kilometer mark to rest and recharge before tackling the rest of the hike.

As you approach the midway point of the route, you will reach Le Boscaldel peak at 5.53 kilometers from the start, followed by Col Sarrat saddle at 5.94 kilometers. These landmarks provide a scenic backdrop for your outdoor adventure and are perfect for capturing memorable photos.

Towards the end of the hike, you will encounter points of interest such as the Buste d'Alexandre Laissac artwork, Office Tourisme ot-Caroux for additional information about the area, and the Calvaire wayside cross, adding cultural richness to your experience.
