Welcome to the Karbatoki hiking route! This challenging out-and-back trail spans a distance of 8.131 kilometers with an elevation gain of 292 meters, making it a difficult but rewarding trek for experienced hikers.

Starting at the trailhead, you will first encounter Fuente de la Teja, a refreshing spring located right at the beginning of the route. Make sure to fill up your water bottles here before setting off. Further along the trail, at around 2.63 kilometers from the start, you will pass by Ekisoain peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape.

As you continue on, at approximately 4.07 kilometers from the trailhead, you will reach the highlight of the hike - Karbatoki peak. This prominent peak is a must-visit destination for nature enthusiasts and provides a perfect spot to take in the breathtaking scenery.

On your way back, you can take a break at the picnic site located just off the trail, around midway through your journey. Remember to pack some snacks to refuel and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
