This challenging 10.365-kilometer hike to Le Janus offers stunning views and a chance to explore historic sites along the way. The trail starts at a parking area with a fee and winds through the beautiful natural surroundings.

After a short distance, hikers will pass by the Fort du Janus, a historic castle located just 5.18 kilometers from the start of the trail. Further along the route, at a distance of 2.32 kilometers, you will find the Restaurant d’Altitude “Les Anges” where you can stop for a meal.
