As you start your journey, you will come across the Rotonda Gole di Jannace parking area, which is located right at the beginning of the trail. About midway through your hike, you will reach Acquafredda, a refreshing spring where you can replenish your water supply. As you make your way back, you will pass by the Fontana di Menichello spring, offering another opportunity to rest and hydrate. Be sure to check the forecast before heading out and bring plenty of water, as the trail is quite challenging.
