This extremely difficult 16.447-kilometer circular hiking route will take you through the stunning landscape of the Freiungen area. Prepare yourself for a challenging adventure with an elevation gain of 1275.0 meters that will push your limits.
As you embark on this journey, you'll pass by various points of interest along the way. At the beginning of the trail, you'll find the Wanderparkplatz Hochzirl parking area, where you can leave your vehicle before starting the hike. As you make your way through the trail, you'll encounter peaks such as Freiungen (M), Kuhljochscharte, and Garberskopf, each offering panoramic views of the surroundings.
Along the route, you'll also come across benches where you can take a break and soak in the beauty of the area.
