Welcome to the hiking route on Alte Weinstraße! This easy out-and-back trail spans approximately 3.9 kilometers with an elevation gain of 34 meters, making it a great option for hikers of all skill levels.
Beginning at the trailhead, you'll come across the Robert-Schneider-Hütte shelter, a great spot to take a break and enjoy the surrounding nature. As you continue on, about 1.95 kilometers into the hike, you'll find a viewpoint with a bench where you can rest while taking in the beautiful scenery.
About halfway through the hike, at 0.47 kilometers from the start, you'll reach the Lärchweg information point, providing insights into the local area. Make sure to also check out the Alte Weinstraße information point at the start of the trail, offering historical information about the area.
Throughout the route, you'll also find several benches where you can sit and relax, such as the one at 0.74 kilometers from the start and another at 1.1 kilometers. These are perfect for taking a breather and enjoying the peaceful surroundings.
For a stunning view, be sure to visit the viewpoint at the 0-kilometer mark, offering a panoramic sight of the landscape. Additionally, there is a parking area available at the beginning of the trail, ensuring easy access for hikers.
