This extremely difficult hiking route takes you through the breathtaking landscape of the Fradersteller area. The trail spans a distance of 13.466 kilometers and involves an elevation gain of 863 meters, making it a challenging adventure for experienced hikers.
Starting at the parking area, you will embark on a journey that will lead you towards the Fradersteller peak. Along the way, you will come across various points of interest that add to the allure of the hike. About 2.18 kilometers into the hike, you will encounter the Stein-Alm - Malga Sasso alpine hut, where you can take a break and enjoy the serene surroundings.
As you continue on the trail, approximately 5.65 kilometers in, you will reach a water source, providing a refreshing opportunity to rest and refuel. Further along the route, at around 6.33 kilometers, you'll encounter another water point, followed by a cafe called Lanz at the beginning of the hike. These stops offer convenient spots to recharge and take in the scenic views.
