Starting at the trailhead, you will pass by the picturesque Lichtsee lake located 2.66 kilometers from the start. This peaceful spot is perfect for a quick break to take in the surrounding scenery. Continuing on, at just 0.12 kilometers from the start, you will come across Almi's Berghotel, a cozy mountain hotel and restaurant where you can refuel and rest before continuing your journey.

As you make your way through the trail, you will encounter the Wildbach Auffangbecken water feature at 0.35 kilometers from the start, providing a refreshing stop to cool off. Along the path, you will also find parking areas for convenience, with one located right at the trailhead and another at 0.12 kilometers from the start.

At the midway point of the hike, around 3.4 kilometers from the start, you will reach the Trunajoch peak, offering panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. This is a perfect spot to take a break and admire the beauty of the area.
