This hiking route takes you through a beautiful area with stunning alpine views. The trail is 5.5 kilometers in length with an elevation gain of 672 meters, making it a difficult hike that will take around 3 hours to complete.

As you start your journey, you will come across a wayside shrine situated 2.11 kilometers from the beginning of the trail. This historical site offers a serene spot for a quick break before continuing your ascent.

Further along the trail, at the 2.13-kilometer mark, you will find the Rifugio Alpe della Colma, an alpine hut where you can rest and refuel. This accommodation option provides a cozy retreat with picturesque surroundings.

Continuing on, at the 2.75-kilometer mark, you will encounter the Rifugio Alpe Colma, another alpine hut offering a place to rest and enjoy the mountain scenery. Nearby, you will also find the Colma dei Prei, a saddle point providing a panoramic view of the surrounding landscape.

As you make your way back, be sure to stop by the various drinking water points located along the trail to stay hydrated. Remember to pack plenty of water, snacks, and sunscreen for this challenging hike.
