This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the stunning Rifugio Alpino Val Rosenza. With a total distance of 11.596 kilometers and an elevation gain of 1315 meters, this challenging hike is not for the faint of heart.
Starting at the parking area located at the trailhead, you'll make your way through the picturesque landscape, passing by a wayside shrine at 1.55 kilometers into the hike. As you continue on, you'll come across another historic wayside shrine at 0.23 kilometers from the start.
About halfway through the hike, at 5.8 kilometers from the beginning, you'll reach the Rifugio Alpino Val Rosenza. This alpine hut provides a perfect resting spot to refuel and take in the breathtaking surroundings before heading back.
