This extremely difficult out-and-back hiking route will take you to the breathtaking Schnidehorn in Switzerland. The 13.112-kilometer trail boasts an elevation gain of 1137 meters and a duration of approximately 5 hours and 52 minutes, making it a challenging yet rewarding adventure.
Starting your journey, you will pass by the picturesque Lac de Ténéhet around 4.29 kilometers from the trailhead. As you continue, you'll encounter the parking area at Tseuzier, just 0.07 kilometers from the start, providing a convenient spot to leave your vehicle.
Around 1.86 kilometers into the hike, you'll find the cozy Gîte de Lourantze, an alpine hut and restaurant where you can take a break and refuel before continuing your trek.
