Welcome to the Bellalui hiking route! This challenging 9.646-kilometer out-and-back trail offers stunning views and a total elevation gain of 777 meters. The estimated duration for this hike is 4 hours and 10 minutes, so make sure to start early in the day.
Starting at Plumachit, you'll find yourself at the beginning of the trail. As you make your way along, about 2.93 kilometers in, you'll pass by Cabane des Violettes, a cozy alpine hut where you can take a break and enjoy a meal. Further along, at the 3.33-kilometer mark, you'll reach Violettes, another great spot to refuel.
Throughout the hike, you'll encounter various points of interest such as Les Violettes information point at 3.1 kilometers, and Bellalui peak at 4.82 kilometers. Take your time to admire the views and snap some photos.
