Located in a picturesque area, the trail starts at the Régent parking area, where you can leave your car before embarking on the journey. As you make your way along the trail, approximately 0.15 kilometers from the start, you will come across the stunning Lac d'Icogne, a beautiful waterbody that offers a tranquil setting for a quick rest stop.

Further along the trail, about 0.37 kilometers in, you will find an information point where you can learn more about the area and its surroundings. Additionally, at a distance of 0.57 kilometers, there is a bench where you can take a moment to admire the scenic views or simply catch your breath.

For those looking to enjoy a meal or snack along the way, the restaurants Le Christina and Bistrot des Ours are conveniently located at 0.09 kilometers and 0.8 kilometers from the start, respectively. If you prefer a more gourmet dining experience, Restaurant gastronomique l'Ours is also nearby.

As you continue on the trail, at approximately 0.62 kilometers, you will find another bench to rest and recharge before reaching the endpoint of the trail. A viewpoint at 0.8 kilometers offers a perfect spot to take in the sweeping vistas of the area.
